Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 5 business days if placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). You will receive an automated confirmation email when your order is placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states using USPS, UPS, and freight carriers.

  • USPS: Flat Rate service, estimated delivery in 1–3 business days.
  • UPS: Ground service, estimated delivery in 1–5 business days.
  • Freight: Larger machines may ship on pallets. Liftgate delivery is available.
  • If you need faster delivery, please contact our support team for expedited shipping options.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using DHL International and other regional-specific options. Delivery times vary by location. Please contact us if you would like a delivery estimate.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Avid CNC is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, storage, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking portal link. This is carrier specific and may include multiple parcels under one tracking number.

Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us right away so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement components.

If your package is lost in transit, contact our support team. We’ll handle the claim with the carrier and send a replacement as needed.

Return Policy

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product (in new condition) and issue you a full refund of the items returned.
