Extended Linear Carriage with ABEC 7 Bearings

This carriage is designed to run on 1/4" cold rolled (1018) steel. Just choose a width of steel that overhangs your extrusion by 1/2".

Please note that the price listed is for one Extended Linear Carriage, as pictured. For full constraint, you will need two Extended Linear Carriages.

With double the width between bearings of the original carriage, this design is ideal for wide gantry axes where racking is a concern. They work perfectly with our Standard Rack and Pinion Drives and have tapped holes for connecting to our Standard Gantry Risers.

The included set screw allows adjustment of preload on the steel from 6mm up to 1/4" in thickness.
